1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.sattvishtik.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of products offered by Sattvishtik Wellness Farms Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India and having its registered office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (“Sattvishtik”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, or by placing an order through the Website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy (collectively, the “Policies”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.

Certain products, including dairy and agricultural products, may exhibit natural variations in colour, texture, aroma, grain structure, or packaging. Such variations are inherent characteristics of natural products and shall not be considered defects.
(b) Illustrative Images

(c) No Medical or Health Claims

(d) Proper Use and Storage

For agricultural or related products, results may vary depending on soil conditions, climate, application methods, and other external factors beyond our control. Sattvishtik does not guarantee specific agricultural outcomes.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms
All prices listed on the Website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless stated otherwise.
(a) Pricing Accuracy
We strive to ensure that product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, typographical errors, pricing inaccuracies, or system errors may occur.
In the event of an incorrect price or product information being displayed, Sattvishtik reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for such product, whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed. If payment has already been made for an order affected by a pricing or system error, the amount shall be refunded in accordance with our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
(b) Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
All online payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateway providers. Sattvishtik does not store full payment card details.
(c) Order Acceptance
An order shall be deemed accepted only upon confirmation of dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions, or bulk orders inconsistent with normal consumer use.
(d) Failed Transactions and Chargebacks
In the event of a payment failure, reversal, chargeback, or dispute initiated by the customer with the payment provider, Sattvishtik reserves the right to suspend further deliveries, recover outstanding dues, and take appropriate action to protect its interests.
(e) Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD services, where available, may be subject to additional charges and conditions. Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in restriction or suspension of COD eligibility.
6. Order Cancellation and Refusal Rights
Sattvishtik reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Product unavailability or stock limitations
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
- Orders placed for commercial resale or bulk purchasing inconsistent with normal consumer use
- Repeated order cancellations or delivery refusals by the customer
- Technical or system errors
In the event of cancellation of a confirmed order by Sattvishtik, any amount paid shall be refunded in accordance with the Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
Orders once dispatched may only be cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
Sattvishtik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from order refusal or cancellation.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, brand names, product designs, images, packaging designs, audio, video, layout, software, and other materials (collectively, the “Content”) are the exclusive property of Sattvishtik Wellness Farms Private Limited or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
The name “Sattvishtik”, the Sattvishtik logo, product names, taglines, and all related marks are proprietary trademarks of Sattvishtik.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content without prior written consent from Sattvishtik.
Any unauthorised use of the Website or its Content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
8. User Conduct
By using the Website, you agree not to:

Sattvishtik shall not be responsible or liable for any User Content posted by users.

Sattvishtik does not warrant that:

- defects will be corrected immediately;

- product outcomes will meet individual expectations.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude any warranty or condition that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Sattvishtik Wellness Farms Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with:

- unauthorised access to or alteration of data;
- technical failures or system disruptions.
In any event, the total aggregate liability of Sattvishtik arising out of or relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the product giving rise to such claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sattvishtik Wellness Farms Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
· your breach of these Terms;
· your misuse of the Website or products;
· your violation of any applicable law;
· any User-Generated Content submitted by you;
· infringement of intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
· fraudulent, negligent, or wilful misconduct on your part.
Sattvishtik reserves the right to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense, and you agree to cooperate in the defence of such claims.
13. Governing Law, Arbitration and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the purchase or use of products shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties.
If such dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.
The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by Sattvishtik.
The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
The language of arbitration shall be English.
Subject to the above arbitration provision, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters arising out of or relating to these Terms.
14. Force Majeure
Sattvishtik shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, flood, fire, pandemic, epidemic, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, labour disputes, supply chain disruptions, technical failures, or interruptions in internet or telecommunications services.
In such circumstances, obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
15. Modification of Terms
Sattvishtik reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms shall be posted on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure by Sattvishtik to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce it at a later time.
