Refund policy

1.     Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Sattvishtik reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, bulk purchasing inconsistent with normal consumer use, or repeated delivery refusals.

In case of cancellation prior to dispatch, refunds shall be processed in accordance with Section 5 (Refund Process) of this Policy.

2.     Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, returns shall be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered is damaged during transit
  • The product delivered is defective
  • An incorrect product has been delivered.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery.
  • Transit damage claims shall be reported within 24 hours as specified in the Shipping Policy.
  • Returns will not be accepted beyond this period.

3.     Non-Returnable Products

Returns shall not be accepted under the following conditions

  • The product seal has been opened or tampered with
  • The product has been used or consumed
  • The product is returned without original packaging, labels, barcodes, or invoice
  • The product has been altered, mishandled, or improperly stored after delivery
  • The request is made after 5 days from delivery
  • The product was purchased under a clearance or promotional sale marked as non-returnable.

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, opened or partially used products are strictly non-returnable.

4.       Return Procedure

       To initiate a return request:

  1.       Contact our customer support within 5 days of delivery
  2.     Provide order details along with clear images or video showing the issue, including visible batch number and invoice
  3.      Upon preliminary approval, we may arrange reverse pickup or request courier return as applicable.

    All returns are subject to inspection and verification at our warehouse before approval of refund or replacement.

 

5.     Refund Process

     Refunds shall be processed only after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved by Sattvishtik.

   If approved, refunds shall be issued to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.

     The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the banking partner.

     Shipping charges, Cash on Delivery charges, and other handling fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error attributable to Sattvishtik.

6.     Replacements
Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.

      If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund shall be processed in accordance with this Policy.

 

7.     Return to Origin (RTO) and Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to accept delivery after multiple attempts by our logistics partner, the order may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).


Refunds for RTO orders, if applicable, shall be processed only after the product is received back at our warehouse in resalable condition.


Repeated refusal of deliveries may result in restriction of Cash on Delivery eligibility or cancellation of future orders.

 

8.     Partial Returns

     If multiple products are purchased in a single order, return requests may be initiated for eligible individual items only, subject to the conditions of this Policy.

9.     Abuse and Fraud Prevention

Sattvishtik reserves the right to reject return or refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, excessive return patterns, or misuse of this Policy.

 

 

 

10.  Policy Updates

Sattvishtik reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Updated versions shall be posted on the Website and become effective immediately upon publication.
