This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipment and delivery of products purchased through www.sattvishtik.com (“Website”).
At Sattvishtik Wellness Farms, we are committed to delivering our products across India in a safe, hygienic, and timely manner. All orders placed on the Website shall be processed and delivered in accordance with this Shipping Policy, as updated from time to time.
By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout based on factors including, but not limited to, delivery pincode, package weight, size, order value, and logistics partner rates.
The applicable shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation.
From time to time, Sattvishtik may offer promotional free shipping on select products or order values. Such promotional offers, if applicable, will be clearly communicated on the Website.
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders placed on the Website are subject to confirmation and availability. Upon successful order placement and payment confirmation, orders are generally processed and dispatched within 48 working hours.
Order processing timelines may vary in case of weekends, public holidays, high order volumes, payment verification, incomplete/incorrect delivery details, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Sattvishtik reserves the right to cancel or delay any order in the event of product unavailability, quality concerns, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions. In such cases, the customer will be notified and, where applicable, a refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Estimated Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.
The delivery timelines provided are estimates only and shall not be construed as guaranteed delivery commitments.
Delivery may be delayed due to factors including, but not limited to, remote location routing, courier partner delays, weather conditions, public holidays, government restrictions, natural calamities, strikes, or other circumstances beyond Sattvishtik’s reasonable control.
Sattvishtik shall not be liable for delays in delivery once the shipment has been handed over to the logistics partner.
Shipment Tracking
Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the customer via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels, as applicable.
Tracking information is provided by our logistics partners and may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect accurately after dispatch.
While Sattvishtik strives to provide real-time tracking updates, we shall not be responsible for delays or inaccuracies in tracking information caused by the logistics partner.
Split Shipments (Partial Delivery)
While we endeavour to ship all items in a single consignment, certain orders may be shipped in multiple shipments due to product availability, packaging requirements, warehouse logistics, or operational considerations.
In such cases, customers may receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
No additional shipping charges will be levied for split shipments unless expressly communicated at the time of checkout.
Delivery Attempts & Return-to-Origin (RTO)
Our logistics partners will generally attempt delivery up to three (3) times at the delivery address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the shipment during normal delivery hours.
In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect contact details, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to respond to courier communications, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse (Return-to-Origin or “RTO”).
Upon receipt of an RTO shipment, Sattvishtik reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
(a) re-dispatch the order upon written confirmation from the customer (additional shipping and handling charges may apply); or
(b) cancel the order and process a refund after deducting applicable forward shipping charges, return shipping charges, and handling costs, subject to inspection of the returned product.
If the returned product is found to be damaged, tampered with, or unsuitable for resale upon inspection, Sattvishtik reserves the right to refuse refund or apply reasonable deductions as applicable.
Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed in accordance with our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Sattvishtik may, at its discretion, offer Cash on Delivery (“COD”) as a payment option for select orders and serviceable locations. COD availability may vary depending on order value, delivery pincode, product category, and past order history of the customer.
Sattvishtik reserves the right to limit, refuse, or disable COD facility for any customer or order without prior notice, particularly in cases of repeated order cancellations, refusals, Return-to-Origin (RTO) instances, or suspected misuse.
Customers opting for COD must ensure availability at the time of delivery to accept and pay for the shipment. Failure to accept a COD order may result in restrictions on future COD eligibility.
In the event of an RTO arising from non-acceptance of a COD order, Sattvishtik reserves the right to recover applicable forward and return shipping charges before processing any future orders from the same customer.
Additional COD handling charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
Damaged / Tampered / Leaked Shipments
Customers are advised to inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery. If the package appears visibly tampered, damaged, or severely compromised, the customer should refuse delivery and immediately notify us.
In the event that a product is received in a damaged, leaking, broken, or tampered condition, the customer must notify Sattvishtik within 24 hours of delivery by writing to info@sattvishtik.com along with:
(a) clear photographs and/or unboxing video of the outer packaging and product;
(b) the order number; and
(c) a brief description of the issue.
Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Upon verification of the claim, Sattvishtik may, at its discretion, arrange for replacement, store credit, or refund. In certain cases, reverse pickup may be arranged subject to feasibility.
Sattvishtik reserves the right to reject claims where sufficient proof of damage or tampering is not provided or where the product appears to have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Serviceability
Sattvishtik delivers products across most locations within India, subject to serviceability of the delivery pincode by our logistics partners.
Delivery availability is dependent on courier coverage, local regulations, and operational feasibility. Certain remote, restricted, or high-risk areas may not be serviceable.
In the event that an order is placed for a non-serviceable location, Sattvishtik reserves the right to cancel the order and process a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Customers are encouraged to verify serviceability at checkout before completing their purchase.
Force Majeure
Sattvishtik shall not be liable for any delay or failure in processing, dispatch, or delivery of orders caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, acts of God, floods, fires, earthquakes, pandemics, government actions or restrictions, transport disruptions, strikes, lockouts, civil disturbances, war, technical system failures, or courier network disruptions.
In such circumstances, delivery timelines may be extended, and Sattvishtik shall make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of any significant delays.
